NFL Sunday Ticket Redemption

I've  been a verizon customer for over 20 years.  I've never felt that I'd been "had".  I am eligible for the NFL Sunday Ticket redemption yet I've still not received an email with instructions.  I've called over 5 times, texted with support, went to Verizon store twice.  I've wasted more time (well over $500 of my time) that the ticket is worth.

We will be switching as soon as I get a new internet service since I work from home.

SAME! This is complete madness. My husband has spent hours and hours on the phone - he is actually on the phone now and it has been 1.5 hours of him ultimately getting transferred from one department to another, just like every week for the past 4 weeks. It is October 1st and we are in week 4 of the NFL season. Total waste of time, energy, money. We were trying to not have to go out to bars to watch the games. Now we are arguing because we're both upset about the situation. I have been a verizon customer for at least 14 years. I am losing my mind here. Instead of actually enjoying some time with my husband, we're both wasting our lives away and our precious weekend time attempting to deal with this AGAIN. Has anyone even had success resolving this?
