I’ve waited months to receive the $200 Home Depot gift card. I claimed it on the app and still haven’t received anything via email or mail. Starting to think it was a trick to get people to sign up for the home internet. Not to mention, I had to spend a total of 5 hours on the phone with different agents just to get the offer shown on my account so I could redeem it. Definitely shouldn’t be this difficult, Verizon.
