Never receive Nintendo Switch after promised

I tried to claim the promised  Nintendo Switch for the 5g home internet plan on May 27th, the order is confirmed but the item is never shipped until now! Called customer service many times but they always say that is not in stock and delay the shipping date again and again! I am wondering if the items are really out of stock, or you really do not want to honer your promise?

I’m having the same issue. Ordered it at 7 am 06/05/24 and paid for 1 day shipping. Two day later just the label is created, fedex hasn’t received it. They said it was out of stock and would absolutely be sent out on the 11th and arrive by today (the 13th). Nothing. I called customer service and they say it is lost and will have to cancel to order and redo it. The order can’t be canceled thoroughly until Monday though supposedly. We’ll see- have you received yours yet?

I ordered mine June 22nd and never received. The order is now not even showing in my orders screen because it’s so old and I’ve never received any kind of update nor the reward promised. I would have rather gotten a different reward or something. Why not honor what’s promised as part of a promotion? This is my first experience with Verizon and I’m disappointed.
