Never received $200 Gift card for signing up for 5g Home Internet

They said I was supposed to receive it, however did not.   I have called them.  No luck.  How could I get Verizon to send it to me?

Via private message,  I  only received what looked like an automated response from Verizon.  No solution is being offered to me.   Can Verizon please finally provide the $200 gift card now please?   Thank you
