Never received home internet promotion of $200

We switched to the Verizon home internet in oct 2023. I submitted for the $200 rebate but have not received nor did I receive email with tracking number as customer support told me I should have. I called customer support today to see if they actually received my redemption submission because I am still getting emails to redeem. Can you reissue the redemption for the $200?

I think the rebate was submitted in Jan when I received email. I recall I followed the instructions to submit but apparently something went wrong because I received email in feb telling me I still needed to claim rebate. I tried to follow instructions in email but had issues which Is why I reached out to customer service using 800 number and community forum. I did not check rebate center because it requested promo code which I did not have. I contacted my version store customer rep who sold me new phones and internet for assistance. I was told there had been issues with that promo but I was now eligible for another promo which was $300 credit on Verizon bill instead of $200 visa.

My customer service store rep submitted form but they requested proof that I contacted customer service during the promo timeframe.

Me either. When I posted on the last Verizon Community Post - after 3 hours - I was told they couldn't handle the promotion because it was for Fios/Residential. Where can I get help? Verizon keeps saying wait a couple days, I have waited 14 days. Still cannot redeem $200 Verizon Gift Card even though the tile is there!

Spoke to an agent. She said she would do it manually for me. Still does not work. It is now 21 days that I should of received the $200 Verizon card. I feel like I am getting a runaround.

On January 15 I purchased a Verizon home Internet device and switched companies because they offered me a $200 promotion. I was calling insistently for months and they kept giving me long lines and dates and every time I called they gave me a new date indicating that the problem would be solved. Today they told me that because of the salesman who gave me a plan that was not adequate I will not receive my $200 Giftcard after four months on hold and making weekly calls for claims calls of more than an hour because of a salesman who took his commission but sold me the wrong plan now I will not receive my Giftcard.

I am having the same issue. I keep being told a couple more days and the tile will be redeemable and I will get an email. This has been going on 14 days!

I have ran into the same problem and every time I talk to someone at Verizon they tell me something different but it always comes to them telling me that the promo wasn’t going on or something along that line. Super frustrating
