I purchased the Verizon internet because there was an offer of a Nintendo Switch or a Home Depot gift card. The promo was live on the website when I ordered the internet because the promo ran through 6.12.24. I waited the correct amount of time to claim the offer, 60 days of service, and they are now telling me that I do not qualify for the Switch because I did not order the internet during to promo time. I quite literally  only got the Verizon Internet because of the promo so that I would have a Christmas gift for my daughter. Any suggestions of who I can talk to about this before I just cancel Verizon all together. I have tried to chat with two different reps. Screenshot 2024-09-05 131331.png

I used the same promo. I signed up on June 9th and confirmed with the agent that I was eligible. Iโ€™ve since talked to 8 people on the chat who keep telling me the promo didnโ€™t exist. It clearly existed as Iโ€™m not the only person who received the promo. Iโ€™m currently speaking with a rep who doesnโ€™t seem to know what the promo is either. 
Here are photos of the promo, the rep who told me how the promo worked , and the first person who told me they created a ticket and I would receive an email in 4-5 days for the Switch redemption. 
If needed I can post the conversations with the inept representatives. 
This is beyond frustrating! Iโ€™ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and even convinced my family to switch. It shouldnโ€™t be the hard to redeem a promotion that you offered and I have met all of the conditions for.

I'm having the exact same issue. I signed up for home internet before the promotion ended but never got an email or info on how to redeem.

Hey Verizon team, I was also promised this promotion I havenโ€™t received any feedback back or information about how to redeem it. I switch from xfinity and I got 2 VHI on the highest plan. We got this around August.2024. We wehere told if we keep this Vhi for 3 months we will receive either Nintendo switch or rayben smart glasses for each device. I would love to get some assistance on that

I have also received this same issue. I was told when checking into this to wait until the 65 days in October. Guess what - it's October and now I have no access to the promotion.
