Have been in contact with the Verizon team for days regarding redeeming my Nintendo switch for 5g home internet. The internet itself absolutely awful the switch has been the only thing to look forward to. I finally redeem it after my 65 days with the service despite the many lagging experiences and slow download speeds (even though I signed up for up to 1gb/s). Told by customer service that they’re out of stock. How cold it be out of stock after they made us wait 65 days just to redeem it? Then proceeds to tell me to wait 5 days for them to restock. I try again, it doesn’t work. Ask them what it’s about, now they’re saying I have to wait until the end of the month. And if it doesn’t work by then? How many people have they told this to? Verizon is one of the most expensive WiFi suppliers in my area and I’ve had better experiences and speeds with Xfinity, the only reason I chose Verizon was for the switch and the quick installation process. What a joke.
