No Amazon gift card, no help from chat or Verizon

Hello,

I signed up last week and have working internet and received the Xbox, but no $200 Amazon gift card, and no Verizon gift card. I have tried the chat online that has led nowhere with no results. How do I receive my $200 Amazon Gift card and $100 Verizon gift card?

I received my Xbox today and only received and set up the Internet a day ago. However, I cannot figure out why or how to redeem the $200 Amazon card.
