Hi, I’m just trying to find someone to help me as no one is even responding on the other post I’ve commented on. Just like so many others I’ve seen here, I’m having trouble redeeming the free Xbox portion of the cyber Monday deal. I received an email about the gift card portion and was able to claim that but nothing so far for claiming the Xbox portion. I’ve seen customer service reps say to go to “make the most of your plan” and the tile should be there to claim the Xbox like it was for the gift card but it’’s not so what do I do now? I, unfortunately, don’t have hours to spend on the phone trying to figure it out. Can someone reach out to me please? I’d like to do this asap. Thank you.

I’m having this same issue! Ordered on cyber Monday, got the email saying I qualified, yet nothing yet. Someone on Verizon support earlier gave me the run around about how the offer ended the day before cyber Monday lol. Please help Verizon!!

I was chat with someone from Verizon and they were trying to tell me that I could only pick one of the 3 choices and that was it. Very frustrating. I even sent them a picture of the emails I got on cyber monday and the picture of the email I got after I activated the internet.
