I was offered a HomePod after 65 days with the 5G home and never received an email with the promotion offer, I activated the 5g on September, the first device they provided me was defective, so they replaced it with a new one on November, then they said the 65 days reset and that in January I will receive the promotion, never received nothing and now every time I contact them they tell me something different they even sent me an email that my promotion was pending for approval from a manager or something at the end is almost February and still nothing.
