Hi, I've called Verizon multiple times in an attempt to redeem the promotional voucher to receive Ray-ban Meta Glasses after activating 5G Plus internet service. I have yet to receive the email that a customer representative ensured I would obtain. Someone please assist.

Same happened with me, I  have activated account on June 23rd and not received email yet. Followed up multiple times but no resolution is provided. Created third expedited ticket now.

This doesn’t work, Verizon support will pretend to assist you and reset the date to redeem offer so it won’t work again. Yes, I believe it was a marketing trick to sell the product and not follow through with the offered reward.

We're defintiely not pretending to assist, and we do have some options if the normal redemption process isn't working. Can you tell me more about what happens when you try to redeem the offer through the tile under "Make the most or your plans."?

I’m having the same issue. Saw the promo for Ray-ban glasses or $200 Home Depot giftcard in June 2024. I ordered and activated home internet service on June 23, 2024. I only received  2 emails. First one was a confirmation for ordering/activating home internet and the fine print stated…

“The Home Depot gift card:Offer valid thru 7.23.24.

Must activate and maintain eligible 5G Home Plus / LTE Home Plus services in good standing for 65 days and redeem this promotion w/in 60 days thereafter, or by no later than 12.25.24, whichever is first.”

Second email said the home internet service was successfully installed and…

“Get your choice, on us: 

As part of your order, you qualify for either Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses or a $200 Gift Card to The HomeDepot, on us. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your offer, 65 days after your service is activated. In the meantime, you can visit our FAQs page for more info.”

 

It is now September 20th, well past the 65 days, and have not received anything regarding the promo. When I go to my account there’s nothing in claimed offers, account activity or anywhere. I’ve read that so many people are having the same problem and they contact customer service but all they do is “escalate the problem” and to look for an email in a few days. I think I only found one person that had this resolved but it took them weeks/months, countless hours and phone calls to finally get their giftcard.

My issue is still not resolved. Not received email to claim the coupon. Don’t see anything related to claiming in “make the most of your plans”

My service started on June 23. It’s more than 3 months of service and still not received promo code to claim rayban meta glasses. Fourth escalation was created and no resolution yet. Is there anyway you can escalate to get it resolved ?

Same exact run around. Last time I spoke with support they assured me an email would be arriving with the instructions to redeem the offer. Then no email (no spam filtering that may have caused me to miss it), and  radio silence. 

Store reps are just as surprised as I am.

I signed up for the internet for the meta raybans and never received a follow up email and this was back in July and they’re stating that the promotion didn’t exist I don’t see anything in my account what can I do?
