Ray bans or 200$ Home Depot gift card

As seen on other topics I am having the same issue not seeing the ability to claim the Ray-Ban‘s or the Home Depot $200 gift card. The reason I had to create a whole new topic was because I am unable to apply to the previous one..

I am having the same problem.  This is what the email confirming order said.   Order was placed on 7/21/2024.   

The Home Depot gift card:
Offer valid thru 7.23.24. Must activate and maintain eligible 5G Home Plus / LTE Home Plus services in good standing for 65 days and redeem this promotion w/in 60 days thereafter, or by no later than 12.25.24, whichever is first. Verizon reserves the right to charge back the amount of the gift card if eligible service is canceled w/in 180 days. Other gift card terms and conditions apply. Hi. I have the same issue. Was promised a gift card or Ray-Ban for 60 days of internet service. Now I can’t receive it and it’s been well over 60 days

I am having the same issue with being unable to get the Home Depot gift card.

I was sent a "link" in my email on 9/01/24; which takes me to my account- nothing pertaining to the redemption.

Did a  3 hour chat session 9/07/2; which as a result was told they " escalated the gift card".  Have not received no phone call, email, nor standard mail regarding the issue.

Did another online chat session on 9/15/24  & was told the case is escalated. Have not received any type of correspondence. 

Does anybody have a resolution?

I’m having the same issue also. I’ve had my wifi over 3 months & magically never heard a thing about the promo. I will cancel services if I have to & go elsewhere.
