I redeemed my gift card months ago and still haven't received it. Now, when I go into my account it states that it has already been claimed, which is false. This seems like a bait and switch.

Hey there, I get wanting to make sure you can get your Amazon gift card. We want you recieve it as well, which is why we've got a couple different things I would ask you to look at first.
To check on the status of your Amazon gift card, you’ll want to visit our Promotion Center at this link: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/
Once there, you’ll see a ‘Check My Status’ button at the button. Click that, and then enter the appropriate information to find your submission. If the status update informs the gift card email has not been sent, we want to wait for that to occur first before seeing about a reissue. If the status update does indicate a card was emailed, the next thing you want to do is check your email.
The Amazon gift card will come from an email with the Subject Line of, Your Gift Card has Arrived. It will have been sent from this email address, YourWirelessRebate@YourWirelessRebateCenter.com. Please search your email Inbox (and I recommend the Junk/Spam folders as well) for that email. In most cases this helps find the gift card email, and you can then go enjoy using that at Amazon.
If after checking the status, confirming the gift card was emailed, looking for the email, and not finding anything, please let us know so we can look at what’s needed next.
