I am trying to that were offered when signing up for Fios home internet offer. The offer is ready for redemption but getting below error when I try to redeem it:
"There was an error when adding this Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go on us + Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 promotion to your Verizon account."

I have the same problem. I got a hold of someone at Verizon who said that because I had a balance due on my bill, it would not be available until the bill was paid.
I am set up for autopay and have been from the beginning. My bill is paid on time and always has been. The offer clearly said to maintain service for 60 days (which I've done) but said nothing about a normal bill delaying eligibility.
So now I have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if my next normal bill somehow "delays" this offer again.
Verizon has been less than honest about how this offer works.

So I paid the bill using the Verizon Visa card I got, and it still didn't work. I called them, and now they're saying it's a technical issue on the website and I should just wait a week.
I don't think anyone there knows what's going on.

Your assistance was highly ineffective. I was told you could not assist people with Fios accounts.....which makes no sense.

Same issues, I could've written all these posts myself they have no clue and keep trying to get me to call for a gift card. I don't want that. I'm furious and ready to report this to the BBB. My high speed internet gaming package i signed up p for to get this deal absolutely is trash! I should cancel my service and go back to spectrum. Glad I didn't go back to Verizon wireless

They gave me a gift card (at least, they claimed to....have yet to receive it via email) for the value of the offer that I can use to either buy it or use to pay my bill (or buy other things on the Verizon website).
Call lasted maybe 5 minutes. Much better than the online chats where they make you do the same thing over and over again (even though you tell them it's not working).

I cant redeem the galaxy buds and chromebook offer like seemingly everybody else. Ive gone thru customer service multiple times with no resolution, only a “ticket” being opened 2 weeks ago. Im ready to go spread this on every social media platform any minute now. I switched to Verizon both from optimum for home and tmobile for mobile, and Verizon's customer service has been worse than both of them by far.
unfortunately the “help” that was offered was useless and after wasting a good amount of time they said “oh sorry, we cant help with fios issues”
