I signed up for the 5G Home Internet and it's been so great that I'm canceling my cable internet.
My signup included some offers, including $350.00 off a Verizon soundbar, redeemable upon activation of the service. Like many others who have posted about this, I have been unable to redeem this offer.
There is no discount applied when I add it to the Verizon shopping cart, nor has a coupon code been sent to me for the discount. I can bill the purchase to my Verizon account, but I've seen nothing to suggest that a discount would automatically appear in my billing to offset the retail price if I do that.
I have spoken with an agent by chat who claimed I would be hearing something with a week. But nothing happened.
What is actually going on with this promotion?
