Spend 7 hours on phone with Verizon last Thursday, hung up on by multiple agents - trying to switch personal number to new business account

Last Monday I initiated a transfer where my personal number would be transferred to a new business account. I believed I completed this successfully online, but after 24 hours I heard no response from Verizon about next steps. Since I work full time, the next opening I had tall Verizon was Thursday 6/6 and I spent 7 hours on the phone being transferred back and forth from personal to business consumer to business sales. On about 4 occasions an agent "created a business account" for me, gathered my Tax ID, address, etc. When it came time to review the terms and conditions and approve, the emails were not coming through to my email address and everything came to a standstill. At several points I was hung up on by agents. At one point I was told my Tax ID was entered incorrectly and I needed to start the process over. Then, a business sales rep ignored my request, and was challenging me stating that it made no sense to create a business account because I was a "small business" and was "such a long term customer." Finally, at some point, it seemed like we were at resolution. This was Thursday night. I never got a follow up and now I am back on the phone with Verizon today getting the same runaround. This is the worst customer service ever and I plan to leave Verizon this cannot be resolved today.
