I’ve tried multiple times to fix this issue and everyone just says they will send a new email.
when signing up for the free Sunday ticket deal, an email is sent with “instructions” on how to activate the promotion but once you click the redeem button on the email it just takes you to a Verizon page and no info on Sunday ticket. If you go to play+ it just lists more offers for you to pay for and nothing else.
