Switch Tile Gone

Like others have posted, my tiles to redeem the Nintendo Switch and Chromebook have disappeared. Today was supposed to be when I could redeem them.

There's a known issue with the redemption tiles disappearing and we're asking for 5-7 days in addition to the 65 wait period to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Yeah… same. And than they say 3/5 business days before it can get resolved 😂😂 so why was it there a week ago? And now it’s not? So basically we change everything to do business with them… and this is how they do business? Im highly confused… especially for being a customer for over 11 years now.

I have the same issue here and in chats with customer service reps round and round. That is why I am looking in the chats to see what recourse some have tried

Have you had a chance to clear cache, relaunch your browser and then revisit MyVerizon Online or App to redeem the reward today? Please let us know what you encounter.

Update Verizon has resolved the issue

i I received the tile today in the make more of your plan and they have allowed me to redeem and are sending it out .

Same here. I called them and they said that I could call them again and redeem it over the phone with them

It’s something to do with the system. They have a team working on it I guess. You can also send an email to an executive in Verizon. I got a call back within like 10 minutes of sending it, and the person I spoke with said she would back to me by this wednesday I believe. Hopes this helps.
