We were promised a $200 Target Gift Card after two billing cycles. We have had four billing cycles and have not received the card. I have spent several hours on online chats and 1-800 customer service calls to no avail. We feel as though we have been misled and want to find alternative mobile and home internet services.

We have two mobile lines, with two trade-ins. We also have home internet service. We started service on Feb 15 2024.
