Unable to Access Xbox

I recently purchased and signed for Verizon 5G Internet for Home Services and began my service on 12/13. This services offered a free Xbox Series S and a $200 Gift Card for Amazon. I was able to redeem my gift card for Amazon yet when I first redeemed my Xbox, it redirected me to the Xbox Series X, as the Series S was out of stock, which mentions that when out of stock, Series X would be the one sent to you instead. The price was zero and the checkout price remained zero. I hit checkout and it stated I would receive an email and that my Xbox was redeemed. I received no email after 24 hours of confirming this and the Xbox redeem claim is still in my app. I have spoken with Verizon Chat for the last 24 hours as they have been unable to help or simply said that I would be unable to receive my Xbox at all until restocked, and that the Series S would be given instead of the X. Is there anyone who can assistant me with this?
