Unable to redeem free Amazon Alexa Show 10

Purchased the 5G home internet and was told I could choose between a $200 Amazon gift card or an Amazon Alexa Show 10.  I have received no promotional link yet.  The dealer said I would get a link via email.  Any help as to where I might find this promotional link?

It's my understanding that there was a glitch of some sort and it was going to be worked out today?  Where will I see the link for my Amazon Alexa Show 10 when the issue is resolved?

Clearly this is a complicated process in place so that only a few will finally get to the end and redeem their 'promotional gift'.  I've talked to Verizon agents online, in person and on this community.  All three have told me there should be a promotional link in my account, just click....still nothing.   I don't have a ton of complaints about Verizon, this one has me very frustrated as I have spent far too much time chasing maybe nothing.

I'd be surprised if anyone actually is getting the promotion. I put in a complaint with BBB an will be canceling my internet

Funny part is, I was promised an Xbox and the Amazon Alexa echo 10…which I couldn’t turn down really.  Now I’m down to maybe an Amazon gift card, if that.  Feels like a good ole bait n switch

I can relate, starting to wonder if this whole thing is a sham seeing how so many people are having this issue. I haven't even been able to choose which one i want yet.
