I've received an email letting me know that I'm eligible for an Xbox Elite Controller II or a $50 Home Depot Gift Card. The email has instructions on how to redeem them by going to My Verizon and looking for a tile under :For you, on us". These items are not there. All I see are offers that have monthly costs associated with them. Given that the instructions outlined in the email do not work, how do I go about selecting/redeeming my offer?
