Verizon 5g Plus Xbox X Series Issues

Hello,
I signed up for my 5g internet and the process has been a nightmare. After signing up online, verifying that everything was fine with an online rep multiple times and being told to head to the local store for pick up I was then stuck at the store for over an hour because of "issues". These issues led to the in-store representative inputting the incorrect service address, cancelling my WHOLE online order, preprocessing a different order with a completely incorrect price and telling me to "call Verizon" when I get home and "they'll sort it out". Everyone from the online rep, the in store representatives and the endless telephone representatives that I've spoken with over the past few weeks have told me that there are no issues with my account (there have been) and that everything is fine (it hasn't been).
So I'd like to know, when exactly do I receive the offer for the Xbox X Series which I signed up for? I received the offer for the $200 Amazon Giftcard, but I don't want to miss out on the whole reason I decided to try Verizon 5g internet.
