Verizon Cloud Issue

In November I  subscribed to Verizon 5G Home Plus internet service which included Unlimited Verizon Cloud.  I currently have 600MB Verizon Cloud for $5.99 a month.  How do I switch over to the Free Unlimited Cloud ? I spoke with a representative for 3 hours yesterday and 3 hours today with no resolution.

bedico42496, I'm sorry you spoke with some of my colleagues and didn't reach a resolution. The Unlimited Cloud feature would be tied to the 5G Home's number (it has one to be identiied on the network). The best way to access it would be first, register that line in My Verizon as a 'user.' Once that is done, on your computer download the Verizon Cloud Desktop App (Window steps here): https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-78792/ 

 

After that's been installed, attempt to sign-in using the My VZ details you created for the 5G Home's line, not your main ones. Please give that a try and let us know how things go.
