Verizon Costco 250$ shop card rebate

I joined Version last November from Costco Kiosk and there is a promotion that after 90 days all my lines will get 250$ costco gift card. It's been around 5 months and we haven't received. Can someone please help.

Please check and make sure you haven't already received it as they're sent automatically. If you're still unable to find it, please let us know and we can help you get the process going.

it's for mobile network we took verizon unlimited plan.

@samudrala96, you'll want to visit the Announcements forum and look for the thread regarding the Costco rebate for more details, but in a nutshell, Costco is running this promotion and they are very slow with it.  There's a 90 day exclusion period before they even start to work on the rebate, and then it can take up to 14 weeks after that 90 day period for them to email it to you.  The thread has the email address which the rebate originates from and it's probably one of those bot addresses, so may have gone to your spam/junk email folder.
