Verizon Home internet Rebate issues- $250 Amazon GC

I signed up for VW home internet in early June, and have had no emails from Verizon with the magical promo code that I was told I'd get, but keep getting emails to redeem my rebate.
I've reached out twice over chat (which is another discussion) and have had no answers except "we will send it when we can."
I know that verizon holds it's 60 day redemption rule tight to it's chest, so I'm trying to get this done early. Anyone got answers?
