I ordered a 5g Home Plus plan. After waiting 9 days and it still hadn't arrived, I inquired about my order status. The representative told me my order had been cancelled. There are two problems with this.
I never asked for the order to be cancelled.
The order had two promo offers attached to it, a $200 Target gift card and free Nintendo Switch. The Nintendo Switch offer has ended at the time of writing this post but I would like it to still apply to my re-order since that is what was included with the order that was erroneously cancelled.
Is it possible for both promo offers to be honored with my original order? Or has Verizon bait-and-switched me?

For anybody finding this post with the same issue, the conclusion is that Verizon did indeed bait-and-switch me.
The Nintendo Switch offer from my original order would not be honored if I were to reorder.
How is it legal for a company to do this?
