Has anyone else not gotten an email or a tile shown up for the xbox redeem? I have the amazon gift card tile and email, but i have not recieved an email regarding the xbox nor has a tile shown up for it. I spoke to a live agent and was told we have to wait 30 days before we recieve it? It seems like everyones getting different messages about this wether we have to wait, or if it should show up immediately. I dont mind waiting to get the xbox if i know its going to forsure come at some point.

I signed up 12/17, for the most expensive internet plan and was also promised the Xbox X, never received and email and never see a tile under the Make the most out of your plan section. Sounds like a shady transaction  at this point. Very disappointing.

I'm having issues myself but my tile for Xbox showed up after the installation along wit the Amazon GC. If your service has already been activated I would call back. 

I'm not confident I redeemed the Xbox properly because the tile is still there and I haven't received a confirmation email or anything. When I select the tile now it shows the full price for the Xbox. This deal seems great and so far my Internet service is better than the last ISP. 

I've read a a few reddit threads and messages in this forum. Some folks seem to have no issues while others are waiting weeks with no answers. I hope everyone gets resolution soon.

I received a confirmation that the order was placed but no confirmation that it shipped.  I also noticed the shipping charge ($12) and the Xbox ($0) show up under one time charges on my bill.

Yeah I activated my service and I haven't received an email or any tiles to claim either of them and that offer was why I signed up specifically for the Xbox series x console and the $200 Amazon gift card..really disappointing

Someone actually reached out from this support website. If you meet the qualifications, they will escalate the issue and make sure itโ€™s added to your my vz account. I have mine on back order. It took a week to get this figured out.

I am happy to know that a Verizon customer rep is doing all their best to help our new 5G internet customers. Thanks Jesse! I also signed up and activated the service within the promotional date. Havenโ€™t received notification or communication in regards to the Xbox/Amazon card promo redemption. Crossing my fingers!

  • I signed up in November off of the facebook ad to get the Xbox series x with the home internet.. I got to run around. I was told 30 days and 45 days and then 60 days I spoke to a bunch of Verizon agents live chats for over 3 hours called multiple times. Even have proof that Verizon told me not to call them back on the matter and still have gotten nowhere. Got no Xbox from 66 days in because the customer service is non-existent. I'm about to cancel everything
