Activated 5g home last Saturday. No x box, no gift cards, no emails. 4 chat sessions and 2 calls. Verizon support is non existent. This is standard bait tactics. They will try to keep you the service for 60 days, and after you will not be eligible for anything. Agents only interest is to make a sale, not to honor anything. If you didn’t receive the promotional on the same day, after activation, it means you will not receive it at all. So just keep the service if you like, but you will waste hours for nothing, trying to get the promotional value
