I bought your 5G Home internet and was supposed to get the free Xbox. When I tried to redeem that promo it said it could not be completed. I have chatted with customer service numerous times about it and they are not helpful. Can you please help me get this redeemed and honor the promotion you advertise.
We're sorry about the issues you're having with your Xbox redemption. There's a known issue with the redemption of those consoles that's being worked on. There's a planned fix coming on 12/13/23 and after that you'll be able to redeem. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
