I signed up for the Verizon 5g home internet plus on Sunday 12/31/2023 because they have a promotion going on where you receive a free Xbox series x as well as a $200 Amazon gift card. The internet has been activated and running still have not received any “tiles” on the Verizon app regarding either of these “special” promotions or an email with any kind of help or information. I received an email when first signing up saying that my order qualifies me for all of these offers and I would like to redeem these special promotions seeing as that is the only reason I made the switch from cox internet. Would greatly appreciate help redeeming the promotions you offered to your new customers.

I have the same issue. Signed up for 1Gb Fios (more than I needed) to get the Xbox, $200 Amazon gift card, and discount on my mobile and home plans. I cannot redeem any of it and have gotten tons of mixed messages from customer support. Last I heard was that it cannot be redeemed until two billing cycles have passed. I saved the screenshots and references from my last conversation, just in case this needs to make its way to the FCC consumer complaint mailbox. I have been a big fan of Verizon but this feels dishonest.

I still have not received help and I was promised that I would receive an email 1/10/2024 regarding the Xbox Series X and $200 Amazon gift card. I have still not received an email regarding the promised promotions I was suppose to receive for signing up to Verizon home internet. Very disappointing and cannot say I am satisfied with the service

We signed up for this deal as well. Sad that we did because we’re paying for high speed Internet and not getting it at all. We use the Internet often as we homeschool and my husband had to work from home after recovering from surgery and we can’t connect. Totally not worth the free gifts.

I also signed up for 5G home internet expecting the xbox and amazon gift card. Internet was activated 12/28/2023 and I still have yet found a way to redeem the xbox and amazon gift card. Can somebody please reach out to me too?

You’re lucky if you even got the free gifts. I get terrible service, horrible customer service and they won’t even give me the promotional gifts they promised and I signed up back in December

I received the same offer
Internet was ordered in Dec
Connected last week (January)
I have the tiles for redeeming these offers in my app, but everytime I click on "accept terms", the next page never loads
Blank screen that says "interstitial page" and I never get past this step
Messaging customer hasn't helped.
Calling hasn't resolved the issue
Can someone please help me redeem these promotional offers?

Hello, we're sorry to learn you're having issues with our promotion. The following steps have helped our customers claim their promotions, please give them a try.
1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get Xbox Series X on us redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".
Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series X.
4. Do the following under the Xbox Series X console redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: You are taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series X console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series X console is shown..
5. Select Shipping information.
Note: Delivery of the promotional device may take up to 6 weeks. Advise customers that paying for expedited shipping will not decrease this shipping time frame.
6. Submit order.

@vzw_customer_supportthat is the problem. I don’t have that tile available to me. There is no tile or email for me to redeem the Xbox series X or the $200 Amazon gift card that was included in the promotion.

I too signed up for this promo on 12/31/23 was told I’d get an email AND I’d see the redeem option on my account on 02/15/24. Now contacting customer service, first in chat I’m told I signed up too late. Then the same chat rep says, he did find my promos and told me how to go about on my account to redeem… but on my end, the redeem tiles don’t show. I went into Verizon store and was told that they don’t see anything on my account saying I qualify. I literally wasted 1.5 on chat and another hour in the store.

I also signed up for the xbox offer. Customer service never helped and even gave me the false pretenses of receiving the offer and I never did. I eventually gave up. If you can still get me the offer than I'm all for it.
