Xbox & Amazon GC Promo Escalation Success??

Like everyone else who signed up for this promotion, I have been given the run-around for over a month. Had Verizon customer service and tech support reps fill out escalation forms for the Xbox and Amazon GC redemption 3 times and still have not received the tiles or any email regarding this. I'm curious..... Has anyone received their Xbox and Amazon GC after escalating?

My first escalation was done on 1/3. The first 2 escalations said I would get a redemption email 48hrs later and nothing was received. The last rep I spoke to said to wait a month after the first escalation and that time has now elapsed. Each time I speak to a rep, they verify I do in fact qualify for the promotion and then proceed to do the same song and dance which leads to nowhere.

Yes... Nothing there in regards to an Xbox or Amazon GC.

Update... Spoke to another rep yesterday who  stated I'll receive my Xbox and Amazon GC by the end of February.  The 4-6 week timeframe that was originally quoted for me to receive the promotional items is now 60 days. We'll see what happens....
