Xbox and Amazon gift card issue

I have not received any email or any information in the verizon app that allows me to claim both the Xbox AND also the $200 Amazon gift card that I qualified for and was promised in the promotion .

It’s same case with me. I can see $200 redeem link app but I don’t know anything about Xbox. Each time I get different answers from Verizon customer care.
recent one is to wait till 21st Jan. There are some issues sending Xbox or promotion related emails, that’s what representative was saying. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
but I would say this is bad customer experience. I feel Verizon fooling people by these false promises or uncleared or doubtful issues with promotional offers

Sign in to My Verizon, Navigate to the account page, Click Get Xbox Series X on us tile under Make the Most of Your Plans
For the Amazon Gift card, do the same as above but click on Your home offer is ready tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Neither of those tiles for either the Xbox or the gift card that you reference are showing under “make the most of your plans”.

a week ago I was taken to a private message chat with you guys and in that process was told that all the necessary forms were completed by you guys to get things moving forward with this Xbox and Amazon card promo and was or provided with a rebate center link that you sent me to track the status of the Xbox and Amazon card and it says no results were found. Also, Ive still not received an email from Verizon and it’s been over the 5 days since we worked on this . Please advise .
