I think I have been over promised I was told I was getting an Xbox and a 200 gift card from Amazon. I have seen the offer for the gift card but it said I would receive in 24-48 hours. It’s been 5 days. I went in and selected gift card. Also there is no link to the Xbox. It just tells me it’s not available in my area,but that is not true. I’m using their service. If this is the company that I am dealing with to promise me gifts just to sign up for an offer and never deliver, I think I will just cancel all my services. I don’t like being lied to. I have read where some people received thier xbox in 2 days after following the link. This is it offered to me, this is why I think I was bamboozled. . This is not the first time this has happens with Verizon.
