It seems unbelievable to me that Verizon is all about deceiving customers in order to get new accounts, it's all a lie. I was on the phone for more than an hour with the representative for the Xbox Series S that they promised and when I hit the button to claim the offer, he tells me that I have to put the payment method, and I ask him how it's possible if it's free, and in the end the representative couldn't give me an answer as to why that situation was happening, that perhaps there was a problem in the system and I know that that's just a justification, also for changing from Xfinity to Verizon Home Internet they told me that they would pay me if there was a fine for early cancellation and I also called and they just tell you stories, it's all a deception.
