I have very upset. Decemeber 12th 2023 we signed up for the verizon 5G so we could get the xbox.
i was told by the customer service agent we had to keep the wifi for atleast 6 months.
it has been six months with no email and nothing is on my app. The email I do have is for an amazon echo dot or a 200 amazon gift card. None of those offers were discussed at the store. The xbox was on display and we talked about it the whole time.
