I recently switched my internet service to verizon FIOS. A $200 amazon gift card was included as part of the promotion. I attempted to redeem it using the instructions i was provided but was unable to. I even spoke with amazon customer assistance at length, but they were unable to resolve the issue as well. An error message states "This gift card is not redeemable in this region", which is surprising as I'm located in the northeast US and use amazon for a majority of my online shopping.
Help resolving this issue would be appreciated. Thanks.
