been having issues trying to redeem these amazon giftcard and xbox offers. none of these show up on my account and I have not received an email on how to redeem these offers. I've chatted with two reps online and they both told me that I qualified for both since I activated my service on cyber monday. any guidance would be appreciated.

Below are the redemption steps for the gift card and Xbox.. There is a known issues with the tile appearing for customers and the anticipated date of correction for that issues is Dec. 13. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear after 12/13.
1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5 Follow instructions to complete the order.
Note: Customers must verify email address
1 Sign in to My Verizon.
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Xbox Series S redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".
Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series S.
4 Do the following under the Xbox Series S console redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series S console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series S console is shown.
5 Select Shipping information.
6 Submit order.
