has anyone actually redeemed the $200 amazon gift card?

It seems like I'm not the only one having issues redeeming the $200 amazon gift card for adding Home 5G. Has anyone actually redeemed this or is a bait and switch? The representative I chatted with said they had to take 7-10 days to "check if it has been redeemed", which is wild, you can't just check a database?

I'm considering just canceling the 5G because it seems like this isn't real.

I am having the same problem. I see the redemption tile in my app but I canโ€™t open it or select it. Very frustrating and no one is helping.

Natickmom, I certainly feel your frustration, as it seems like that is all we have been helping with since the tile seems to work for some but not for others. Not to worry though, you're in good hands. Since we will need account access, please be on the lookout for a PM from us.
