missing Xbox S promotion. unable to get any resolution from phone & chat rep

The current promotion Free Xbox S, $100 Verizon gift card and Amazon gift (echo show 10 or $200 gift card).
I signed up for 5g home plus a week ago and so far I only received email and was able to claim the Amazon giftcard. The xbox S and $100 Verizon giftcard is not showing on my Account "make the most of your plan" nor have received any email regarding the promotion. I have tried speaking to an agent via phone and char, all they tell me is the 60 days activation and I understand the conditions however I would like atleast in writing or on my account records showing I would get those promotions. I dont want to wait 60 days and I am informed that I no longer qualify for the xbox s.
How can I escalate this issue? or which dept can actually handle and resolve this?
