I have been trying receive the $200 Amazon gift card I was promised when I signed up for 5g home internet for months now.
I signed up around 11/15. I have spoke with chat support, phone support, and been to 3 different store locations (including a corporate office) seeking help but still have received nothing.
I have been told multiple times I would receive an email within 4-5 days, still nothing.
I haven't received an email for the offer and it has never shown up on MyVerizon.
I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to get this gift card.
Can someone please help? This will be my last attempt before filing a complaint through the BBB.

This response is not helpful. As I described in the original post, I have tried all typical routes to get support and have failed.
I tried to send a DM but it says I have reached my limit.
