I signed up for 5G Internet and was told I would get my choice of a $200 amazon gift card, Echo Show 10, or an Xbox. I chose the amazon gift card and was told that I would have to wait to a few days to try and redeem the gift card. I am unable to find any promotion about it on the verizon app or website. I did not receive an email regarding a registration for it, but I have screenshots of when I last talked to an agent about it. I NEED HELP PLEASE.
