$200 Amazon gift card, $200 Verizon gift card, NFL Sunday Ticket promo

I  have received 2 out of the 3 promotions. The last month I have gotten the runaround on the verizon gift card. I have a receipt showing I am eligible but everyone I talk to state that I am not. Receipt dated August 16, 2025 and I have to claim by October 15, 2025. The last person I talked to yesterday said I am not eligible but will call me on October 15 to see if I got it.....what? Ive been with Verizon for 8 years and I am shopping around for something different. What a shame to advertise and not honor! I shouldn't have to beg to get my promotions. The promotions are what sold me on getting the home internet in the first place. I am not the only person who has this issue with getting the Verizon $200 gift card. I want resolution!

Did Verizon get you the gift card that was promised or did you get the run around like everyone else? If so, this needs to (and will be) exposed before more people end up in the same situation!! With the power of social media today, they cannot get away with this for long without being exposed.

I was told to give it a week and I will have my gift card or a $200 credit on my bill.  Still nothing yet.

That is not true. My last message from Verizon was 7 days ago that states exactly "I'll confirm the gift card has been processed, or I will issue a credit." If the ticket has processed that was put in for this issue then great but I would like to see proof.  I have not recieved anything, not even a notification. I was suppose to be contacted today, no contact has been made.

I see were you sent "PM if you have questions" I have spoke to numerous Verizon agents and still do not have my $200 Verizon gift card.
