So I’ve had nothing but difficulties from Verizon. I was able to order my Xbox after 2 months of fighting and now I’m going around in circles to claim my gift card. I got the email 2 times saying to go to “make the most out of your plan” yet nothing in my account shows that. I’m just about done. Why can’t Verizon just claim this offer for my account on y’all’s end since it’s obviously some sort of error. Ready to cancel if this ain’t figured out at this point
