I switched my family. My order receipt shows that I'm supposed to get three $200 gift rebate cards on Verizon if I complete whatever is needed by 11/19/2024. Then there's a link that takes me to my account where it says I have no notifications. Dead end. Cool trick, Verizon.

Your DM to Verizon Chat where no one actually helps and they say, just click "Contact Us" on the website isn't "having me covered." I understand you guys want to make these community chats appear like you're being helpful, but this has not been helpful. It has been frustrating and the opposite of helpful.
