I am not exaggerating when I say that I have spoken with 8 different representatives regarding the $200 Home Depot Gift Card promo I was supposed to receive as a result of signing up for Verizon 5G Home Internet. I was told that after 65 days of service I would receive the promotional gift card. I am very disappointed that not one of the agents was able to help. One of them gave me the wrong promo code, another told me to look in the app which wasnโt there and another said they would resend the email after a few days and I still havenโt received it. We have been customers of Verizon for over 26 years and expect better than this. I worry that my offer is going to expire soon and part of the reason I wanted this plan was because of the promo. Very disappointed.

Same, but mine was $300. This is pretty unethical from my POV. Thoughts on what we can do?
