We switched our internet service to Verizon on 3/15. We should have been eligible for the $200 target gift card rebate. After the 65 day waiting period, we never received any email or other notification of receiving the rebate. I believe we’re now outside the timeframe to redeem the offer and I am livid. We never received an email regarding the rebate offer, and every time we asked Verizon, they either told us that it was coming or that it should be available in our MyVerizon account. It never was. I repeatedly checked the app and the desktop website. We have been Verizon customers for over 23 years and have never received such shoddy assistance.
