$200 Target gift card & Nintendo Switch redemption issues

Hey there, I signed up for the 5G Home Internet in March and when doing so I inquired at the time if both offers were redeemable or if it was a pick-one-type situation and I was assured I could redeem the Nintendo Switch, and select the $200 Target gift card and I was told by the Agent that I would be eligible for both at.
So yesterday I received 2 emails saying the offers were ready for redemption one for the Nintendo and one for either a Chromebook or a Target gift card.
I redeemed the Nintendo Switch and when I went to redeem the offer for the $200 Gift card it let me select that or the Chromebook then it flashed up a T&C's which I clicked approved and then it just circles back to the select screen asking me to pick between the Chromebook and the Gift card again .
And now the offer has disappeared from my dashboard and when on the call with an agent they said that since I redeemed the offer for the switch I couldn't then get the Target Gift card which is not what I was told when I signed up for the offers plus i got to emails telling me both offers were ready.
Could somebody please help me I am getting rather frustrated and don't like being lied to

I'm having the same problem Verizon app won't allow me to redeem anything nether the switch or the gift card for target. I'm eligible for both and I received email as well for both but it disappeared from dashboard on Verizon app. Please help me thank you

I had the same issue Still not resolved 4 hours calling back n forth on hold.Told now not the 65 day waiting period even though I got the email clicked the link for the Nintendo switch and the link would not work to complete the offer. I don't feel happy right now as a new customer I feel wronged and not valued. The offer is not in my deals, I never got my nintendo switch and feel to wait over a technical error is not fair. Waiting again to see when I will get my offer.

I started March 1st 2024, my apps are up to date. I spent 4 hours on hold different reps ect. No link in email nor in spam folder, the origional link on 4/6/2024 in my offers for Nintendo Switch clicked it kept spinning could not accept offer ect. Then the offer has disappeared. Never got a new promo code either. ๐ช

Hello, I also had the same issue you described in your initial post/message. As of yesterday I still do not have an option to redeem the Switch or the gift card. Already filed a formal complaint with the BBB (not expecting much there since the rating is already an F), but given the number of others who are also listing the same issue, this will likely result in another class filing. It is very frustrating knowing as consumers we have very limited options for ISPs. I'll be hoping Verizon makes good to those of us who were told about these promotions.

This offer has also completely disappeared from my "For You" section, I am set to redeem on 5/12 and I have not received an email yet.
It sounds like I will also have the same issue as others.

As expected this offer is no longer available and I have not received an email. Was told to wait 7 extra days but looks like other people have no luck with this. Very disappointed as it doesnโt seem like anyone has any solutions.

Following up again so everyone can see what I was told via call. I called Verizon today and was told that apparently the redemption timeline is no longer 65 days and is in fact 5-6 months.
I was lied to, and the tiles disappeared because they can no longer fulfill this promotion in the timeline they originally communicated.
I was told my request was escalated, but I will still have to wait over a month for a solution. Looks like I am going to start shopping for a new internet provider with a lower monthly cost and will likely not wait around for this promo to roll out. Classic example of a company writing checks that customers cannot cash. I also won't get a response to this, because they know its true!

I am having the same issues. I got the emails stating I can redeem the offers. When I go the app AND website there is NOTHING. I just got off the phone with CSR and he said I should have received a code to redeem both. I have received NOTHING. Then he says that since it's only the 65th day of my service just wait a few days. Seriously? Reading these comments it's not an issue of waiting it's there's and issue on your alls ends of things. If customers are not able redeem these offers then you should be sending us visa or Mastercard gift cards for both full values of the items in question. If I get to redeem I will reach back out here.

Ok so I said I would update if I could redeem. Here's where I'm at right now. I was able to redeem the Nintendo switch. It's placed just like a item order except it's free. Hopefully it will be here soon. Also, I haven't had any luck redeeming the target gift card yet. I did reach out to BBB, but not sure that had anything to do with it. When I am clicking on redeem the gift card and accept terms it just keeps recycling back to the claims page. No confirmation or anything. I hope this helps someone. Will continue to update.
