Opened up a new phone line 01/18/2025 and also got the 5G home internet. Was also told I’d get a $200 rebate for target. It even shows it on my receipt, however no promotion code is listed. I’ve been dealing with since 01/18/2024. I have done everything instructed via chats and online conversations. Always going to call me back in 3-5 days to confirm I have received the confirmation email. Even took my receipt to the store in person. They talked to customer service right in front of me. Supposedly handled. NOT. After seeing this issue over and over again on this forum I am going to file a complaint with Washington State Attorney General as fraud. This is unacceptable. I suggest others do the same.
