Anyone who has not received their gift cards reach out to me at [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]. I was promised 2 $200 target gift cards because I purchased and activated my 5G home internet on February 10th and they never sent me the notification through my Verizon app. We’ve contacted the rebate center and the store manager of where we purchased it from. Customer service offered me a credit of $100 on my bill that I had no choice to agree or deny. Then the store offered me $300 credit which has not been applied to my account. At this point I’m looking forward to move with further action due to the fact that I haven’t received anything and “there’s nothing they can do”.

Yeah I have been told anywhere from May 20th to July 20th to get my digital gift card. I am thinking a class action lawsuit is needed since there is a lot of people on the chats not getting their gift cards

Doesn’t sound like a bad idea to me. The communication about how to redeem is really lacking and when you finally do talk to someone about it you are out of your “eligibility window”…. Not to mention not receiving info to start with

SAME! its been since around the same time for me! thwy said it was sent in april but never recieved anything. they dont verify it was sent to the correct email or anything and they keep asking me to check my email and I always do, nothing is there. its truly so annoying, I’m just trying to get my groceries.

I recieved the email but the tile never showed up in the my verizon app. The 60 days expires July 7th (email recieved may 7th). There has been escalations and ive spoken to customer service 3 times. I was told today that im gonna revieve it in July but thats when it expires 🤔.... i dont want to lose out on my $200 gift card

I still haven’t received mine either. Representative after representative always with the same story. They’ve sent a request and an escalation form and to keep an eye on my email for the next 24-48 hours. A week passes and nothing so I contact again. Just got off the phone again and they said give it another week. This has been two months of headaches. Verizon do better with promos. We shouldn’t have to fight for our promos.

You're not the only one and I'll call them to let them know now that I am fully aware I am not the only one waiting on this supposed gift card here's something interesting that I also found online that happened to me as well it seems verizon messes with the app to make it not work right? I think the gift card is bogus but anyhow this is what I found online:
I signed up for 5G Home Plus on March 3rd and I've been seeing the tiles in my app counting the days as they stated "available to redeem 5.07.24" well now I had a busy couple days but today, the 9th they both/ each finally were lit up: eligible to redeem! Excitement!
Clicked the Switch one first because of course, then had to check the terms blah blah and it said it was taking me to the accessory shop to order, great -- there's been an error, please try again. Nuts, OK then I'll try the other one first, the "home offer" once again terms and conditions, ok now choose target gift card or Chromebook,... click here to go to gift card redemption site and-- nothing. this time no error the app just froze up entirely.
Upon restart, BOTH redemption tiles are gone. I'm anxious they've now been considered "redeemed." Opened a chat and they just said check again after 24 hours and then reopen the chat worst case. Not very reassuring tbh

Hello, Similar situation as all... I have the same frustrating issue and have wasted way too much personal time. I was promised 2 $100 gift cards when I spoke live to an agent in upgrading my service back in March. After 90 days I was supposed to get them sent. I have 2 recent Reference ID chats where I was promised it would be taken care of and still nothing - Verizon is making it so hard …***** is my latest chat - can someone please simply help in issuing the cards and communicating when it happens - it should not be this difficult, thanks
